Our Experience 2009 at The Sound Healing Retreats at The Negril Yoga Centre and Jackie's on the Reef

The Negril Yoga Centre Retreat is usually held the in May or June. Date will be determined. This is the opportunity to live like an Islander in cottage room style accommodations and visit Jackie's on the Reef. Approximate rate is: $500 for room, meditations, treatment, and land airport transfers. Yoga $10 per class.

May 2009 our retreat journeyers experienced a wealth of "self" and relaxation.
The Negril Yoga Centre and Jackie's On The Reef Holistic Spay were both enlightening in many ways.

The Negril Yoga Centre was like home away from home in the foliage, so lush and unspoiled in a Caribbean environment. It's like living in a private magical community with a unique and a very special individualized morning yoga class. We had the freedom to walk the beach at anytime or go into town. We got our meals served up homemade Jamaican style. I had to have my Callaoo Omelet and the others had to have the freshly made yogurt with fruit. Oh, I say magical because we even think we were visited by a colony of natural island little beings (fairies?) during our Sunday evening Sound Healing Singing Bowl Meditation Session. That's the only way we can explain our experience.

Being way out there on Jackie's Reef was a peaceful heavenly place we just LOVED.
Perfect for my Sound Vibration Treatments in the Dome Room with the Caribbean Ocean and Celestial Jamaican Sky
in view; massage on the Reef, hanging crystals and the atmosphere
magnified the sound of the bowls. You can actually lay out in large beds on the reef and read, write, or whatever you like. The food is healthy and delicious. You have to have a fresh fruit smoothie daily. Jackie welcomed us as a gracious host and sage.
Namaste
This Retreat is in Honor of our Beloved Yvette "Pepper"
